Immediately after completing your purchase you will receive an email with login credentials to your personal dashboard. All course modules are streamed in high quality and stay available for lifetime access, including future updates and new expansions.

How does the playtesting process work in the courses?
Each module ends with a dedicated playtesting phase using our private community platform. You receive detailed feedback rubrics and can submit your prototypes for review by fellow students and instructors. Real-time sessions are scheduled weekly.
Will I receive an official certificate upon completion?
Yes. Every graduate receives a signed digital certificate and a verified LinkedIn badge. For an additional fee you can request a printed certificate delivered worldwide.
Can teams or studios enroll together?
Absolutely. We offer discounted studio and group rates for 3+ participants. Teams receive shared workspaces, group feedback sessions, and private instructor consultations tailored to collaborative projects.
What kind of ongoing support is provided?
All members gain access to our active alumni Slack community, monthly live Q&A calls with industry guests, and direct email support for technical or creative questions. Instructors respond within 48 hours on weekdays.
Is there a refund policy if the course isnβt the right fit?
You have 14 days from the start of the first module to request a full refund. After the first live playtest session, the course becomes non-refundable. All materials remain downloadable even after refund.
